There are two points that could be triggering, but nothing happens (surprisingly). The first scene is of the younger/sick brother falling over from the dinner table and kinda coughing. It looks like blood comes out, but it doesn’t seem like he’s getting sick. The second scene is the older brother coming to check on the younger one while there’s still a dead body in his room. He opens it, the smell hits him, and he starts coughing and retching. However, he doesn’t get sick, either. I wasn’t particularly triggered by either instance, but it could still be triggering to someone else.
