A few rabbits are killed which can be really triggering, the backstory and all is mildly twisted considering someone killed them. Best advice is skip ep6. You do not see him kill the rabbits but it talks about it a lot.

I believe it’s the second episode; a criminal runs an illegal animal smuggling ring. You see animals in cages, looking agitated, but they aren’t injured.

In what I believe is the second episode, venomous snakes crawl out of a victim’s mouth. One wraps around a woman’s leg before Malcolm gets it off, and later in the episode a snack bites Malcolm and he has to go to the ER.

Martin and Jessica both gaslight Malcolm a LOT, especially about a girl he sees in a box in Martin’s ‘hobby room’ as a child.

In the 4th episode, two famous characters not part of the main cast (one woman and one man) are stalked by fans. I’d avoid this one entirely if stalking is an issue for you, it’s a big part of the crime.

I will also add we find out that Malcolm's father had planned to kill him as a child and had gone as far as take him to an isolated place with an accomplice before hesitating and deciding against it.

TLDR: Yes, but it’s usually someone drugging someone else. LSD (in one episode), opioids (briefly), and chloroform are the main ones.
Malcolm mentions self-medicating with opioids to help himself sleep, but claims it’s in the past. Up to the 4th episode, we don’t see him use any.
Additionally, in the third episode (I think), the murder revolves around consensual and non-consensual LSD use.
Martin (and possibly Jessica) used chloroform to make Malcolm pass out as a child so he didn’t remember anything that pointed to Martin’s killings. Malcolm later drugs himself with chloroform to try and recall repressed memories.
Lastly, drugs are commonly used to kill or immobilize victims.

Malcolm's mother Jessica is shown in quite a few episodes to be an alcoholic and a few people describe her as such. Mostly it's just shown as her usually having a drink in her hand, taking bottles of alcohol, and talking about drinking.

Towards the end of Episode 19 (The Professionals), Martin is attacked by a guard. Martin gouges the man's eyes in retaliation. It's a rather graphic scene.

There are several discussions of Martin having planned to kill Malcolm as a child, beginning in Episode 11 (Alone Time), featuring Malcolm's hallucinations of his dead child self in Episode 12 (Internal Affairs), and confirmation of this fact, though he says he decided against it in Episode 14 (Eye of The Needle).

There is a brief moment in Episode 17 just before an ad break where the viewer is led to believe a baby has been killed. The baby was not killed, but the baby and several other characters spend the rest of the episode imperiled. The baby survives the episode.

In the last episode one of the main cast is stabbed in the gut. It’s left mostly up to interpretation because it was in the last episode and we don’t actually see what comes of this as the show was cancelled.

Malcolm hallucinates throughout the show and this can be considered jumpscares, specifically in season one episode five (the trip) when dani brings him back to his apartment he’s in the bathroom and a corpse suddenly appears in the mirror he’s looking in

This is a hesitant yes, as in s1e8 Malcolm is shown exiting the police station after a rattling call. Once outside he eventually comes to sit on the steps, at which point the camera cuts to his face and he's seen heaving, though no vomit is seen. Not sure on the time stamp, but you'll know it's coming when he says "I need some air." and is then outside of the precinct.

Episode 12 (Internal Affairs) deals extensively with electroshock therapy, with Malcolm and the victim of the week subjected to it. Malcolm nearly electrocutes himself. It is advisable to skip this episode if electro-therapy is something you are sensitive to.

Martin lives in a mental institution/prison, but you don’t see him ever taking meds, having a breakdown, or witness any other patients.
Malcolm also sees a therapist on the regular.

This is a tough one. Maybe not an eating disorder, but Malcolm does struggle with food. In episode 1 he tells Edrisa that most foods make him nauseous, and throughout the show his refrigerator is empty.

In Episode 10 (Silent Night), one of the victims of the week is an esteemed cop later revealed to be a gay man. Over the course of the episode, it is revealed that his ex (police) partner had feelings for him. His ex-partner is also murdered at the end of the episode. Neither man is killed because of their orientation.

In Episode 1 (Pilot), consensual BDSM is referenced with respect to the victims.
Episode 9 (Pied-a-Terre) deals extensively with sexual themes. Malcolm's therapist suggests one of his nightmares is Freudian in nature and he should try having sex. While undercover investigating leads on a BDSM/kink group the victim of the week was involved in, Malcolm almost has a sexual encounter. Towards the end of the episode, Malcolm and Eve have sex offscreen.
Episode 15 (Death's Door) deals with nonsexual necrophilia.
