There is a battle scene where the new kids parents have sex in the background. To try and escape the person your battling runs away, eventually running to the bed and you have to fight him on the bed that the parents are most likely doing d*ggy style on. a story mission involves the player character dressing up as a girl and sneaking into an abortion clinic to take pictures of it's documents. one part of this mission shows the player character receiving an abortion, and a later part of the same mission shows the character giving another male character an abortion. these scenes are required and cannot be skipped. (it is worth noting that these parts of the mission are censored and replaced by explicit descriptions of what happens in the scene in the european and australian console versions of the game.) a later mission calls back to this by having the player character preform an abortion on a bomb that has the voice of a woman. no gore is shown, just the character's legs.

large, LARGE focus on anti-semitism in this title; do not play it if you're uncomfortable with it. to go into detail, one of the four playable classes is "jew" with antisemitic remarks from cartman being told to the player if it's picked. multiple "nazi zombie" enemies that yell phrases from recordings of hitler's speeches and wear swatsika armbands. they are introduced fairly early into the game, and must be fought to continue the story as multiple boss fights and other unavoidable battles include them.
