large, LARGE focus on anti-semitism in this title; do not play it if you're uncomfortable with it. to go into detail, one of the four playable classes is "jew" with antisemitic remarks from cartman being told to the player if it's picked. multiple n**i zombie" enemies that yell phrases from recordings of hitler's speeches and wear swatsika armbands. they are introduced fairly early into the game, and must be fought to continue the story as multiple boss fights and other unavoidable battles include them.

To try and escape the person your battling runs away, eventually running to the bed and you have to fight him on the bed that the parents are most likely doing d*ggy style on.
