Season 5 Episode 13 - just before they enter the tenants house (you see the landlord banging at the door) when they enter there are a lot of bugs that are flying about. The whole scene is a lot!

One of the main characters is made to believe a family member died when they are, in fact, still alive.

Yes Andy is. It happens right at the end of the episode where Andy and Jeremy are about to call the Uber in the parking lot. Just skip over the parking lot scene, the next scene will be Travis at the bar. Following that, there is a sequence of running shots from Andy, if that is triggering as well just skip the end of the episode nothing else really happens.

Nearly every main character either cheats or is in a relationship with a person who is cheating.

Season 6 Spoilers if you haven’t watched I apologise but I don’t wanna be too brief ~

Episodes 1-9, and 11 are safe so far

Episode 10- Carina gets food poisoning from Maya‘s Lasagne. Very clear to see coming as in the first instance she runs out the room gagging slightly. Later on when Maya comes to visit she runs into the bathroom to throw up again. You do see her over the toilet, sound is pretty graphic but no actual vomit is shown on screen so i didnt get too triggered by it. It does happens a couple times but no vomit is shown at all
Time stamps: 18:55, 27:20, 28:00

Episode 12- a man enters the station complaining of pains. After a while he starts to gag with the oxygen mask on. He takes it off but Ben hands him a bucket so again, you do see him gagging quite graphically first then putting his head into the bucket but no actual vomit is shown.
Time Stamps: 17:35-18:00

Episode 13- safe

Episode 14- 4 boys come into the station with one complaining of stomach pain, very easy to see coming as the next moment he bends down and throws up onto the floor, isn’t visible until they walk away and vomit is seen on the floor at Vics feet. Personally I didn’t find it too graphic but it is fairly visible and quite gross. The next scene is where another boy throws up into a bucket, and the next ones join in. Graphic audio but no vomit is shown from this point onwards just their heads into the bucket.
Time stamps- 17:08, 17:30-17:40 (when it’s visible on the floor), 19:28-19:40, 20:25-22 roughly (happens a couple times during the scene)

Both very easy to see coming so i just looked away best i could, Sound was pretty graphic too so maybe worth muting if sound triggers you most.
I will try update best i can when more episodes come out but hopefully this relieves anxiety for some :))

a closeted male character who has been married to a female character for 25+ years cheats on her with a man. the cheating is not shown but it’s a heavy theme of many episodes involving a lot of grief/triggers for his son.

Yes but it is by a character that you are supposed to hate and the main characters support the victim of the dead names and stop then person deadnaming them.

That’s a tricky question. Technically it didn’t happen on this show, it happen on the sister show. But they talk about on this show, and the woman who had miscarriage shows up on this show because she is married to one of the firefighters and they deal with the trauma on this show.

Mainly Emmets dad makes uneducated comments, and Travis’ family had a hard time with him being gay in the first few seasons.

Yes, there is a lot. I just watch to watch awesome rescues, not fire fighters jumping each other, and their romance drama.
It’s not “too” awful at first but it just get worse in later. I just fast forward the scenes.
