Kinda. In episode 4, one of the cases revolves around a man who cuts small squares out of the backs of women's dresses for pleasure. The charge he is being convicted of is sexual assault. This act has sexual connotations for him, but the women he targets are ultimately unharmed by it- not even noticing that it had happened.

The ending is tonally kinds sad, the action is a bit hopeful, but overall its ambiguous :/
[vague spoilers about the end] The final episode overall is a bit harsh and "realistic" (in the sense that even if you have the best intentions in mind, you can still be punished for them, or that you won't succeed as much as you want to)
Everyone in the series who was an asshole all get their comeuppance in one way or the other. It would all be quite nice and satisfying if they weren't the main characters. But most of the characters who were generally good have good things happen to them, so its not all bad. Overall, ambiguous.

There is one isolated instance of mild gaslighting. [Spoilers from here on out for episode 5] Nessa (Will's girlfriend) is distraught and crying at home because of something another barrister said that heavily implied Will was cheating on her. Will comes home and questions her about if that's what that person Really meant. He then convinces her via (mild?) gaslighting that it wasn't what they meant at all, and that she's just being paranoid for no reason. He goes about this in a very lawyer-like way. She finds out the truth later in the episode and prompty kicks him out. Will acknowledges this wrongdoing in episode 6, and expresses remorse for it.

One of the secondary characters, in episode 4, is pretty blatantly racist to a South-Asian character, saying something along the lines of, "If we had him in the coal mines, the north would still be a respectable place", referencing Britain's repeated history of exploiting South Asian workers to do dangerous hard labour like mining/building railroads.
The show makes it semi clear from the reaction of another character that this is reprehensible behaviour, but the character does not face repercussions for this comment.
