Hagumi's home life is implied to be...not the best. It's said her parents argue a lot

Nope! In fact, a joke involving Yukina (lead singer of Roselia) is that she adores cats, so when she is present, they are often shown!

There is a card story [That Time in the Cabin] involving Aya and Chisato being frightened by a bug and Aya attempting to shoo it away. In a voiceline, Maya mentions Hina making "quick work" of bugs. The bugs are not shown on-screen.
Butterflies are a common motif for Morfonica and are shown in card cgs and song jackets. Butterflies are also in other cards. Pastel Palettes has a butterfly themed set (Flowers and Butterflies). Roselia's cover jacket for "Butterfly on Your Right Shoulder" has butterflies.

There are costumes that involve clowns, and being that Hello, Happy World!'s motif is that of a circus, there is some clown-ish imagery

In the untrained "Summer Splash" Lisa is wearing a swimsuit while taking a beach shower. In the untrained 悔しさは湯気の中へ (Chisato's second dreamfest), she takes a bath while wearing a towel. Summer Splash has fanservice in the trained but otherwhile I wouldn't say it's sexual if that's your concern.

There is a police costume set (On the Scene! Smile Police) but it's just Hello Happy World trying to help others as a 'smile patrol' like cleaning trash and doing favours. It doesn't show actual police or glorify arresting, incarceration, or catching crime.

Not sure if this counts as body dysmorphia, but Aya, and especially Himari both worry about their weight a lot and talk about going on diets and losing weight, plus Himari's weight is often joked about and there's many videos and comics where she worries about it.

Is there ableist language or behavior?

No, but Maya says "huehehe" unconsciously when she talks about her passions like music and equipment which could be interpreted as a vocal stim. In Pastel Palettes band story 1 and earlier stories she is told by band members to stop making this sound because it is not idol-like. Maya tries but struggles to stop. The members do quickly later accept Maya's "huehehe" as Maya's confidence improves and they become friends. Her laugh is treated in game as something charming or cute. I wouldn't say Chisato or the other band members had malicious intent.

There is no anti-semitism. In the Tokyo Revengers collab, japanese manji (left facing) is present on the clothes of characters which has been mistaken for n**i imagery. In Asia the symbol is associated with religion and predates the Nazis.

A lot of fat jokes are made about Himari which can be especially triggering because she has the same skinny body type as the rest of the cast which can lower one's standards of what makes their body "acceptable"

None of the characters bleed or end up in gorey situations. The Pasupare zombie collab has very minor and stylized blood splatter in the card cgs for decoration.
