Examples include [SPOILERS FROM HERE ON], Elena, who starts the show being 17, dating Stephan and Damon who are 146 and 153 years older than her. Another example is Caroline, who is frozen at 17 years old, is paired with a 1000-year-old vampire at one point.
The ages get a little blurry near the end of the show, but it still gets really uncomfortable, especially in the earlier seasons.

I don't get the "no" comments. Elena (main character) is 17 and while she is consensual with her boyfriend (who is over 150 years old, btw), she is absolutely sexualized by his older brother, who makes inappropriate comments, ogles her openly, and fondles her undergarments on one occasion (the 2nd undergarment fonding was was she was 18 and no longer a minor). This same man compels a 17-yr-old Caroline to be his "girlfriend" as well. Pretty much all of the main teenagers are sexually active, from age 15 and up, though mostly that's with other teens.

*spoilers* In season 2, both Mason and Tyler retch and gag and possibly vomit from drinking Wolfsbane before they turn into a werewolf. I forgot which episode Mason was but Tyler is episode 11. Masons is a little hard to catch (and it’s on a video that is watched), but Tyler’s is easy because you know it’s coming from seeing what happened to Mason. Sound is bad, not so much visual.
Also in season 3, ep 18, Sage and another guy gag and then vomit blood or liquid around the 28 minute mark.
Season 4, ep 2. At 4:30ish immediately after Stefan and Elena make out against the tree, she quickly runs away and is shown gagging/possibly vomiting on the ground. Same episode at just before 17 min, after Elena talks to April in the church it cuts to her vomiting blood in a toilet and then in the sink. Very graphic. Season 4, Episode 10: At about 26:20 April starts coughing in a classroom with Bonnie and then vomits up a bunch of water. Season 5, ep 2. Just before 2:30 Katherine is shown in the woods looking sick and possibly vomits by a tree. Same episode a few minutes later, Elena is with Stefan by the water and she starts vomiting a TON of water, it was very graphic and the sound was bad. Season 5, ep. 7. Around the two minute mark when Silas and the couple are at the bus stop, the male starts vomiting blood and retching. Season 6, ep 4. At about 5 minutes in, Jeremy suddenly vomits into a blue bag. Stefan has PTSD from being locked in a safe for 3 months. He is also put through exposure therapy. Damon has PTSD from the augustine society. It is handled until he is put back in the same cell and his traumatic experience rush back to him.
