Very early in the film, during the opening bar scene, the bartender/main character is taking out some rubbish and a man behind him can be heard vomiting loudly. You cant see anything but the sounds are quite graphic.

They use the bar fight as an excuse to use the f-slur. At least in the German version. It's not targeted to an actual gay, but used as a random insult, which is also where I turn off.
