Characters are shown smoking weed, however not really shown as “high.”

Maddison/Columbus scene felt sexually coercive. Its played for laughs but was triggering and felt like the movie didn't acknowledge how she basically ultimatumed Columbus into sex. The movie then treats it like he's in the wrong. Very uncomfortable

There's one scene where someone steps on a zombie's head to kill it, and this is shown graphically. Like most zombie movies, there are also many scenes of zombies' heads being exploded by gunfire or hit with clubs, axes, etc.

Many zombie bones are broken during fight scenes (a head gets smashed in. See the head getting smushed trigger warning for the time). No uninfected human bones are broken

There are no explicit scenes with teeth getting damaged. Some people get hit in the face, and a few zombie heads are destroyed, but no teeth are damaged.

(Spoilers) It's not cheating by my definition, but Columbus sleeps with someone else shortly after Wichita leaves him. When she finds out, she's angry about it as if he had cheated.

We see an ice cream truck with a clown head on it. One character doesn't want to use this truck because he's terrified of clowns. There are no real clowns in the movie.

Yes, and they put it IN THE GOD DAMNED YOUTUBE AD. I'll never forgive the creators for that.

Nasty, especially when a zombie hits the ground after falling from a great height, and when a head is squashed.

There are neon lights, both in the scenery and in the tips that appear onscreen throughout. (The one with the lights shows up three times or less.) A character calls attention by flashing the lights off briefly. Nothing even close to a hypnosis scene or anything.

Spoilers for the midcredit scene, but technically the first victim of the virus that turned people into zombies was a black man. Not the first death of the movie but chronologically, yes.

No nudity seen, however at the beginning of the movie one character makes sexual advances, resulting in loud, off screen sex.

At one point two sisters embrace and an onlooker misinterprets it as sexual, but there's definitely no actual incest.

Woody Harrelson's character is shown dressing up as Santa, which probably implies that Santa isn't real (but the movie is too violent for kids young enough to believe in Santa anyway)

A character swerves on the road because she's not watching where she's going, but does not crash because of it. An empty parked car gets run over by a monster truck. This monster truck later ends up rolling over. Many empty cars are destroyed.

There is very explicit blood and gore throughout the entire movie. Very large blood sprays, heads bashed in, zombies are explicitly rotted, etc.
