Yes; a woman stabs her husband in the arm with a cursed object, which leaves him in a magical coma. She does this to further her own agenda, and she shows no love or empathy for him.

Speaking as someone who doesn't view the faeries as child-like and is quite familiar with fae mythology, I'm going to say no. Are cute creatures abused? Absolutely; but no children are.

No, but a cat is - or at least seems to be - temporarily in danger from magic. It's frozen/suspended in midair, surrounded by green light, but then it's released and is unharmed.

No, but there are magically animated roots and branches which can be said to move in a snake-like manner.

From 21:10 to 40:00 Maleficent's dress is made of bird skulls and from 54:09-55:58 there's a Phoenix skeleton preserved in amber

Yes and no? A Phoenix skeleton is shown, which looks very much like a dragon. Also a living Phoenix appears later and ALSO looks very dragon-like. Spoiler the Phoenix dies, but comes back to life as Phoenixes do

Besides the fairies, there's a scene around 28-30 minutes where Maleficent uses magic to immobilize Queen Ingrith's cat. It can be a bit upsetting to cat lovers.

Someone has some small cuts to her face magically removed at one point, but I don't remember exactly how she got them, or if it even happened on screen. Sorry.

Depending on your viewpoint, the faeries are mostly children. and scores of them are killed while locked in a room trapped. Reminds of the red wedding.

It happens twice that a parent seems to be dead or about to die, but doesn't. A parent is turned into an animal (apparently no longer able to speak), and we don't see them get turned back, nor is there any indication that it'll happen anytime soon, or indeed ever.

While not extreme, the reactions of (spoilers ahead) everyone involved with the dinner scene near the start of the movie do show great anxiety. Maleficent herself is also clearly (earlier on and through the dinner) trying to contain her own anxious negative emotions about the wedding to come. As a person who has anxiety irl, it was easy to read what was going on with the panicked characters. It did not bother me, however. But you can see the characters trying to manage panic and you can see Maleficent trying to keep herself together.

Is there hate speech?

Yes and no. In a sense there is quite a lot of hate speech, but it is about humans versus fae and attempting to start a war. The humans are not entirely to blame; Aurora points out to Maleficent that she herself is human when Maleficent is expressing disgust towards humanity, to which Maleficent states, "And I've never held that against you." (Aurora being human as if it were a crime). So there is "fantasy creature/human" hate speech that could mirror real-life hate speech, but it is all part of the story narrative. There is no real-world hate speech.

This is a movie about one character wishing to commit genocide on an entire race (and getting pretty far towards success)

They act like it's a happy ending but literally dozens of fairies have just been murdered. One of the villains has been turned to a goat but is still alive, and other other is just forgiven for no reason.

One of the main characters is fatally wounded and falls into a river unconscious, then goes over a nearby waterfall and into the ocean where they float out to sea while entirely underwater. The scene is a few minutes long and heavily dramatic. The character is saved at the end and doesn't actually die

There are bullets, and there's shooting, including fatal shooting. Modern guns aren't used, but I imagine it could be triggering anyway.
