Like the cheating category, one of the games the couple plays is to briefly stage an altercation where they fight and the husband pretends to hit the wife. It is made clear that this is staged and he hasn't actually hit her. Harder to say for certain is the part where the husband very suddenly scalds his wife's hand with coffee so that she can distract someone in their apartment while he disposes of a body. I'm marking it "yes" just in case, but hopefully the context will help people make a judgment about whether these things will be triggering for them.
