almost every tape contains at least one as does the story mode. in "feed me billy" there is one right before the third day (the loud noises that play when victims see you can also be quite startling), in "night shift" the tape ends suddenly with the player being attacked (there is also an arcade game in night shift that has loud noises when the killer in it suddenly appears), in "the riverside incident", during a part where the player is walking upstairs, the tape suddenly cuts to footage of a couch with audio of someone screaming, and the story mode ends with one when the player is in the padded cell. my memory is a bit fuzzy on "spiders" but i believe the intro in it also suddenly cuts to a very loud emergency broadcast which could qualify as a jumpscare, maybe. there is also quite loud screaming when you lose in that tape, but i'm not sure if that counts as a jumpscare as it may not necessarily be sudden.

the tape "feed me billy" contains blood and the texture of the pit room looks quite 'fleshy' if that counts for anything. the most graphic instances of gore comes in the scene in the story mode where the cat dies, and from the cat monsters that appear in the apartment after the power is turned back on (they have exposed intestines and appear to be made out of meat). there is also some blood in "night shift" in the arcade game that can be played and a blood overlay on the screen when the player is attacked at the end of the tape

more so just nudity (forgive me if there was a separate option for that, if there was i missed it), but the tv in the "feed me billy" tape appears to have some very low-res nudity on it, and the intro to "spiders" also contains nudity (though less low-res this time).

parts of "the riverside incident" tape appear to take place in an abandoned hospital. im not entirely sure if that is actually whats going on there but at one point audio plays that seems to support that and what looks to be medical equipment can occasionally be seen

PURELY for the sake of shock horror, they introduce a cat named 'Dodgeball' that is loved and petted by the player character. Upon completing at least one of the minigames, Dodgeball has gone missing and is trapped in a microwave. The microwave is turned on and a bloodied 'pop' sound is heard. Upon opening the microwave, it's revealed that its stomach contents and entrails have exploded out of its side, with a bloodied face, covered in living roaches skittering about, and part of its brain matter exposed. The cat wails in pain and desperation several times before weakly putting its head down and passing away. I've lost all respect for Puppet Combo.
