It’s within the first 15 minutes. He’s on an operating table, gets injected with the blood substitute, then after the second time the doctor asks how he’s doing, he’s violently ill. Very sudden and triggering. I would just skip the whole scene because it’s shown everywhere even afterwards

I guess it depends on context. Vampires feed on other vampires (cannibalism) and then they feed on themselves when desperate for blood or unwilling to feed on other vampires (self-cannibalism).
