Quick shots of nude photos shown in the movie.
There are drawings of gentalia on a piece of paper.
A man is shown nude from behind while swimming underwater in a pool.
Two male characters are naked and rolling around on a bed, but it's shot mostly in the dark and the only thing you faintly see is a nude buttocks.

The main character's lover is 18 years younger than he is. He also has relations with another man who is visually much younger.

Yes. If this triggers you, especially if you are LGBTQ+, please be aware that there's a very heart-wrenching scene at about 39 minutes in where a young, gay man in Minnesota calls the main character (also a gay man) on the phone and tells him he thinks he's going to kill himself because his parents are going to send him to a hospital to "fix him". He's told by the main character that there is nothing wrong with him and advises him to get on a bus and leave, but then you find out he can't because he's in a wheelchair and can't walk. Then he hangs up and it's not known what happens to him.

Not in the movie, but a character mentions that his father beat him when he found out he was gay.

Not on screen, and not a young child, but a young gay man, maybe a teenager, who is confined to a wheelchair, mentions that his parents are going to send him to a hospital to "fix him". One can easily assume this is some sort of conversion therapy, which is considered a form of abuse. This causes the young man to express feelings of suicide. You only see this character briefly and you don't see what happens to him, but under the category of abuse it seemed worth mentioning.

At 42 minutes some of the scenes are filmed from the perspective of a person within a large crowd of angry protesters. They way it looks might give someone feelings of claustrophobia.

Mostly no, but there are a few scenes during protests where the camera is shakey and it's being filmed from the perspective of a person in the crowd.

This is a biopic of gay rights activist Harvey Milk, who was the first openly gay person elected to public office in the U.S. Unfortunately, he was assissinated and if you're unaware of this incident, you find out anyway within the first few minutes of the movie, via flashbacks to a press conference, that he will eventually be killed, so no spoilers knowing this before watching the movie.
There's also a death of a peripheral LGBTQ+ character.

There's hate speech directed at LGBTQ+ people, but it's there for context and accuracy of the history of what LGBTQ+ peoples had to endure in the 1970s.
