The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, often shortened to just Jimmy Neutron, is an American computer animated television series created by John A. Davis. It is the 2002 spin-off to the 2001 film Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius. It originally aired on Nickelodeon for three seasons from July 20, 2002 to November 25, 2006.
The episode "Normal Boy" could be interpreted as ableist or covering subjects of peer pressure caused by ableism.
Jimmy wants to lower his intellegence using his Brain Drain helmet so he can blend in as a kid with average intellegence, but its accidentally set to "Drool Monkey" mode. He flails around, claps his hands and says nonsensical things, all while his friends Carl and Sheen also mimic his behavior and mess with him.
The main cause of this conflict is also because of his classmates shaming him for being smarter than him, which can also be interpreted as ableism since they are still insulting someone for their intellegence. This is before a Meteor is about to hit, causing everyone to change their mind about Jimmy and wanting him to stay smart.
