ReportElliot, a successful gynecologist, works at the same practice as his identical twin, Beverly. Elliot is attracted to many of his patients and has affairs with them. Not in a traditional sense, but it's debatable that *SPOILER* Elliot lets himself be killed to free Beverly.

There is a brief scene in which one of the twins (I don't recall) is walking down the street at night and v*. There are no clear warnings, and it was enough to trigger my emetophobia. The scene is in the second half of the movie and only lasts a few seconds.

In the intro there are gynecological illustrations in black and white, but no blood. Later there is a surgery scene, a scene where one character eviscerates another with her teeth, and at the end one of the character's mutilates the stomach area of another (there isn't a closeup but you see it in the background) and there's a few shots of bloody surgical equipment, one of them being a closeup. At the end one of the characters has some blood on his hands and clothes
