Being a squib (being born into a magical family without having any magical powers yourself) is handled in a way that makes it comparable with ableism towards people with learning disabilities. One such character is both clearly ashamed of being a squib, and mocked for it by main characters.
I’m sure you could interpret this in a multitude of ways, but as I’m autistic myself and this rubs me the wrong way, I believe it should be mentioned.
