ReportA large family gathers in the country side for their two Grannies birthday. It's too bad one of the gifts happens to be from their devil-worshipping nephew, and upon opening it, the two loveable grannies turn into rabid, flesh-eating monsters.

Sort of...One of the demon aunts / rabid grannies has something nasty, vomit-like dribbling out of her mouth when she sticks her head through the door opening.
No vomit sounds, no gagging.
It happens after one of the ladies grabs a cross to defend themselves and then opens the door.
A similar situation later on when the fat guy gets stuck ans can't escape. The grannies arrive and the one on the left has something nasty vomit-like dribbling out of her mouth.
I can't stand vomit, but this wasn't too bad.
But while the grannies attack and eat the fat guy, the other man watches what's going on and starts vomiting and this was pretty gross to see.
When the grannies are done eating him, there's some vomit on the man's jacket. And after that there's vomit dribbling out of the grannies mouths again. So maybe skip the whole scene where the fat guy gets stucked.
What you will miss is one of the grannies ripping his body apart and eating him.
After that scene there's a scene where one of the grannies is dressed as a knight (it lookf really funny), some gross stuff is dribling out of her mouth again.
