Tandy threatens in order to get someone to give up their gun. Dog unharmed, but there's various threats of dropping in the ocean, eating, etc. Your cue to skip ahead is when the fire extinguisher plan goes wrong.
In this episode, there's some talk of how a kid's going to grow up to be a lady-killer, and then there's some attempted matchmaking efforts toward the kid and the babies. Only one boy (maybe 10yrs old) and three little girls (newborns) left in the world, etc.
Not squashed but the “crazy” guy who’s chasing them with a gun, his head suddenly explodes inside his hazmat suit and we see that happen, turns out he was shot in the head from behind. 10/10 Very upsetting to see and completely out of the blue
Not sure if Phil is a compulsive liar or gaslighter, maybe both, but FYI there's a lot of manipulation and stuff on his part. He's referred to as a pathological liar by one of the characters. I don't think he's ever reflected on his lying tendencies in his life until s1e9.
Tandy falls to safety below, but we do briefly see him falling without knowing/seeing the mat at the bottom of the shallow cliff. It is in the context of a prank war, so I wasn't worried, but FYI. You'll have warning cuz you'll see him waking up while there's outdoor lighting on him.
New character introduced is a serial killer who is currently still incarcerated, left in the prison after the virus took everyone out (except one prison guard, but we see what happened to him too.)
I'm on s1e9 and there are still no bodies or anything. The show's very focused on human relationships and characters in isolation, not on the carnage of an apocalypse. Even when someone injured their ankle, there's no blood, just a bandage wrap.
There's some fatphobia (especially in Todd's first episode) and then when Phil meets two women who come to town and they're at dinner, he says something along the lines of ageism and racism.

When they blow up the house, the goats are on the steps and they don't stop in time. We don't see the impact, but it's implied / offscreen. Also I think they eat one of the goats later.
New character introduced is a serial killer (of the cannibal variety) who is currently still incarcerated. We see some of his life from before being caught, too. No active eating is shown.
Sorta - when he goes to tell her someone showed up, he describes the new person as fat. He also asks Todd's weight when they're at the fire. Todd's chill about it and shares his life story. Main character isn't very sympathetic already / established as a jerk. He's quite fixated on tearing down Todd and trying to seem sympathetic himself, with absolutely no one fooled. He's fatphobixc like the whole episode.
