There's a scene where Lincoln slaps his adult son across the face. It's not violent, but it might bother someone.

Civil War-related blood and gore are shown. Sometimes graphically, especially when Lincoln rides on horseback through a former battlefield filled with dead bodies.
Also, the scene where amputated limbs are dumped from a wheelbarrow into a pit full of other amputated limbs to be buried.
There's a vicious battle shown during the first scenes of the movie, but it's more mud than blood.

Are there usages of the n-word?

Yes. The movie is set in 1860's United Statea and focuses on Lincoln's push to abolish slavery via the 13th amendment. Unfortunately, at that time, Black people are almost always referred to by variations of the N-word and those are the terms the characters use throughout the entire movie when referring to people of color/slaves.

Yes. There's a gruesome scene where a character witnesses soldiers dumping a wheelbarrow full of amputated limbs into a large pit of even more amputated limbs. Blood is seen leaving a trail behind the wheelbarrow.

The movie contains hate speech aimed at people of color. It's obviously included for historical context, but may still be extremely upsetting to a lot of people.

I'd say yes, for the most part, because it does come off as a "white savior" movie. It's a historical biopic of Lincoln and his efforts to pass the 13th amendment. In the movie, black people are (unintentionally?) portrayed as having a largely insignificant role in the outcome of of the abolition of slavery despite this being a historical inaccuracy. They are seen as bystanders to the action apart from the first 10 minutes of the movie where you see black Union soldiers in the midst of battle. Then two of them discuss with Lincoln the successes of the "colored infantry" at Jenkin's Ferry and the inequity within the Union army towards black soldiers (i.e. lower pay, lower ranks). One of the soldiers is supposed to be representative of former slave turned cavalryman, Ira Clark.

It's mentioned by Lincoln, during an argument with his wife, Mary, that she suffers severe emotional trauma and past episodes of delirium-like behavior in response to her child's death.

No, but Lincoln mentions, during an argument with his wife, Mary, that he should've "clapped her in the mad house". She in turn dares him to try to lock her away.

The movie doesn't show Lincoln being shot, but it does show his youngest child's reaction to hearing the news and it's heart-wrenching.

It's strongly implied by the visual of a soldier having his face forcefully kept submerged in muddy water by another soldier's boot.

In the opening civil war battle scene, it is not bloody but a soldier's boot is literally pressing on another soldier's face/head and pressing it down into the mud. No blood and it is brief but it is a head getting squashed into the mud.
