(**Minor spoilers ahead**) Dogs and wolves are frequently found in enemy groups. You are usually able to avoid or run from them, but occasionally you are forced into combat and do not have the option to escape without killing them (IE, certain arena battles). The Atlantis DLC involves a storyline featuring a boss battle with Cerberus, whose body then appears as a regular dog.
You can use your torch to set people on fire which is also considering gaslighting because in some bandit camps there are jars full of flammable material and if there’s a person standing in the vicinity And if you set it on fire the person standing near it will instantly be set on fire as well
Bears, deer, goats, farm animals, and assorted wild cats are encountered in the game. There are multiple quests that involve hunting them, and numerous location objectives require killing them to complete.
Snakes are present in almost all the tombs (which are optional). There are snakes in a few caves as well. You can usually spot them (without actually seeing them) through the ground with Icaros and know if a place is snake free or not. I've only met snakes above ground in the ruins of Thera.
In the main quest you will have to fight snakes twice: once in Athens you'll have to save a man and the find and kill a snake dealer. Once in Argolis in a temple a priest will ask you to get a specific building of its snakes.
And there's obviously the optional fight against Medusa.
I'm not sure if you can die just by falling but you can get very badly injured. Also there's a cutscene where someone jumps off a cliif, and another where someone is thrown off a cliff but doesn't die.
The Players character own parents can die, but can be avoided (have take certain actions early in the game) and supporting characters parents can die (AFAIK unavoidable)
When you fight mercenaries in the Arena on Pephka, the NPC you have to speak to will spit on the ground, though the player character will remark that it is "gross"
During the first time your character meets the cult of cosmos is an initiation option that you can do it’s a blood offering whichever character you are playing as slices their hand open with their sword and pours their blood into a little canteen it’s not a lot of blood but it’s enough and it’s pretty graphic too
There is a quest where you stop someone from jumping off a building, and I don’t think they specifically say “I'll kill myself" but they say things that are similar
If you kill someone and they fall off of a cliff or a high place their body can land in a very disfigured looking position I would consider it body dysmorphia But I’m no professional
You can sleep with characters. There's a cutscene in which they go inside possibly kissing but you can't see any action. Sometimes there' sound. Also Alkibiades makes a lot of innuendos.
