No horses are in the game, but I’m pretty sure there’s a horse costume.

Food items show dead animals such as shrimp, fish, and other animals that are eaten. I’m marking this as yes due to some of the food items being a bit disturbing as the images are photorealistic. But no animals are seen dying. Just food.

No pets in the game aside from a “rent a dog” or “rent a cat” coupon which can make a Mii sometimes have a cat or dog in their apartment, but they’re only “renting” it.

No actual dragons are in the game, but clothes with dragons on them exist and I think one of the home interiors has a dragon flying in the background.

There will sometimes be an event where aMii will try to have two other Miis fall in love. The two Miis set up will then go on a date, and the Mii who set them up will follow them around on their date to see how it goes. Other than that quick cutscene, there is no stalking.

Not by the game's involvement--it's possible for an adult and a child to get into a fight, but everyone's on even terms here. Now, if the *player* wants to mistreat child Miis, that's on them...

If miis are in an argument with one another, they may throw objects at each other. It's mostly played for laughs, though.

You can “erase” a Mii’s face and then draw on it while they’re sleeping, making a Mii’s eyes and mouth disappear. No eye injuries are seen, the eyes and mouth just go “poof”

Using the hypnotism set, the player can make a Mii go to sleep and select from a list of dreams they've already viewed.

There’s a news broadcast in which a Mii has a tantrum in public. In the Japanese version of the game the Mii is on the ground shaking their body because they’re upset, however as this resembled a seizure it was changed to them just stomping in localizations. The Mii isn’t having a seizure, it just looks like one.

In the Japanese version of the game, there are multiple dreams in which a Mii may be shown with a string around their neck. The Mii is always shown as some type of inanimate object in these cases, however.

You can delete child Miis from your island, which can be played by the character as them "dying," but they are said to "move away somewhere."

A Mii who is a parent to a child Mii can be deleted from the island, which can be played as a "death," but the Mii just "moves away somewhere" according to the game's text.

In certain arguments, two Miis may fight over a stuffed bear, stretching its limbs. One or both of these Miis may be a child. The bear does not get destroyed.

If I recall correctly there’s a “Haunted House” apartment design which has cartoonish sheet ghosts in it. No detailed ghosts aside from that.

When Miis eat food they don't like, they may do an action which makes it look like they are throwing up, though there is no vomit.

Not blatantly, but Miis that own a scale can be displeased with their weight and one possible cafe conversation is a mii complaining about having gained weight.

Miis speak directly to the player, who is referred to as the look-alike of the Mii they use to represent themself. There is also a random scene in which a Mii will show awareness that they are in a video game, saying that they hope the player is enjoying Tomodachi Life.

Other Miis will not give any changed reactions to a male Mii wearing female-intended clothes (or vice versa, for that matter). However, it seems the Miis themselves tend to not like getting clothes intended for the opposite gender. This doesn't apply to costumes, it seems...

It depends on whether you make Miis of non-straight and/or non-binary people/characters because everyone is straight-washed and forced into a binary gender in this game.

Miis may say something among the lines of "I think my scale is broken. I'm not supposed to be this heavy.", but this is regardless of their actual weight.

Children and adults can get together in the Japanese and Korean versions, but in the Western versions only relationships between two child Miis or two adult Miis are possible. However, age gap relationships can still occur, and child Miis can become adults using Age-o-Matic, which allows them to date adults; the opposite is also possible using Kid-o-Matic.

Some clothes are a bit “spicy”, such as a bikini swimsuit (which is just a speedo on male Miis) and belly dancing outfits showing the mii’s stomach, but no outright sexual stuff.

If the player fails to set the "Relationship to the real you" parameter, it's unlikely but possible two Miis of the opposite sex can get together when their real life counterparts are related.

A Mii can take a bath and is presumably naked when taking one, however all you see is their head and neck. They’ll also wear a towel after taking a bath, but go back to their normal clothes in a bit.

Male and female Miis may cry after having a fight with a friend and the friend telling them they’re “still not over it”, and friends of that Mii will try to cheer them up at the cafe regardless of gender. But they usually don’t cheer up until the player interacts with them enough.
