^ Friendly reminder that parental death is a separate category. That said though according to supplementary material Agnarr’s own mother abandoned the family and ran away with her memories erased (in a plotline that totally doesn’t rip off Avatar’s The Search but I digress)

The Northuldra people are led to believe they are being given a gift of a dam that will bring prosperity when really it is designed to weaken their magic, and create a codependent relationship with Arendelle. Also, Elsa and Anna are gaslit by their parents--their parents tell them growing up that the war was the Northuldra's fault and that Arendelle and their grandfather were the good guys who tried to help them. In reality, Arendelle was the aggressor, and their grandfather was part of a conspiracy against Northuldra. A main part of the plot is Elsa and Anna finding out the truth.

At the beginning, the four elemental spirits are all in different states of imbalance. Two of these are based off of animals, a fire salamander and a water horse. The others are living stone piles and a gust of wind. Over the course of the movie, Elsa’s job is to calm them all down and make things okay again, and they are all shown to be happy at the end and friendly with the main cast.

No. There's a cute little reptile-like spirit who's almost always "on fire", because it's a fire spirit. It happily runs around with purplish fire coming from its back, as it's supposed to.

Not technically an anxiety attack, but there is a scene in which a character feels terrible emotional pain and despair (but works herself out of it).

Olaf looks into the ‘camera’ and sings “you all look a little bit older” near the start of the film, which many have interpreted as a fourth wall break aimed at audiences of the first Frozen

The entire population of the main characters' home city are forced to flee their homes for part of the movie. This is the central narrative content of one scene but not subsequently addressed save to show the townspeople back at home later
