Idk who voted no bc literally in the opening scene krampus digs his claws in a man’s stomach and pulls out his intestines/guts with lots of blood on camera with him spitting up lots of blood while that happens so if that’s triggering beware.

Not necessarily vomiting but many different characters spit/vomit up blood while dying. As a person with emetophobia it wasn’t triggering but if you think that would trigger you then I would def skip past those scenes.
