Maybe not obvious abuse so much as it is plain ignorance, but Mogumo's and Kotone's mothers were not accepting of their gender identity (labeling it a phase) and sexuality, respectively. Ten-chan also comments that he has strict parents, but whether or not they're genuinely abusive hasn't been specified.

Mogumo, a nonbinary character, is misgendered a few times, most notably at the beginning of the manga right before they reveal their identity.

There is some discussion of anti-LGBT hate speech and stereotypes, some examples being Satori, a trans woman, being harassed for presenting as a woman publicly, Mogumo being erroneously labeled a crossdresser (they're a nonbinary person who dresses femininely), Kotone dealing with internalized homomisia, and Tetsu seeing a TV show that mocks trans people.
