Mild warning for sexual assault. In this film, women withhold sex from men as a protest against gang violence. There's one or two scenes where men grope their girlfriends despite knowing that consent is withdrawn. The women slap them or move away and it doesn't go any further. There is also one scene where a group of men obtain the keys to the women's chastity belts and it appears that they intend to unlock them without consent while the women are sleeping. The women discover and confront them, so this doesn't happen.

A young girl is killed in a drive-by shooting, which is the incident that sparks the action of the film. We don't meet her as a character before her death.

Almost all of the characters are black. A young black girl dies early in the film.

There's a gang member known as Cyclops who has one eye, and there are a few jokes making fun of him for this. There are some minor characters who use wheelchairs or walkers after being injured in shootings and speak about how much harder their life is now; this scene might or might not have some ableist attitudes but I can't remember.

The n-word is used in one scene by a racist white man who is intended to be a ludicrous figure. It's also used by black people, especially in the context of a rap performance.

This is a major theme of the film. There are several shootings and a lot of discussion of the causes and effects of gun violence.
