Not that I can recall, but worthy of note: turning in the mission "The Beginning of the End" as Aurelia results in her giving a lengthy monologue on how and why the quest-giver should commit suicide.

Not that I can recall. (Worthy of note: turning in the mission "The Beginning of the End" as Aurelia results in her giving a lengthy monologue on how and why the quest-giver should commit suicide.)
During a late section of the game, one character exhibits symptoms of irrationality and an anxiety attack after a major plot point involving destruction of property.
This game is about Jack sliding from "normal person" to "main villain of Borderlands 2". While the day is technically saved, there's a lot of collateral damage and the more morally-sound Vault Hunters are left unhappy or in dire circumstances by the end of the game.
