In the first showing of Lashay sitting with her family at dinner, she is shown vomiting into a bowl of sorts that she keeps in her lap. This is right after her dad prays before the family eats. It is visual but minimal audio as far as I could tell. I stopped watching because this episode is strictly about her inability to keep food and liquids down so I can imagine her vomiting is going to be somewhat common on screen. AI overview stated no vomiting is shown on screen and I reported it for false information.
