There’s a pretty crazy carriage chase in the final episode, but the horses are fine.

There's an entire episode where they're trying to discover what Haruhi is afraid of and they try bugs at one point.

EP2: there's a snake in the rainforest setting EP4: a female character metaphorically transforms into a medusa like form, with snakes as her hair (10:54-11:04) EP7: set in a jungle, I haven't spot any but they're might be some. EP8: Snakes are used to scare one of the characters in this episode. (the list is not exhaustive, I haven't watched the whole show)

haruhi gets stalked and followed by the host club members multiple times but she's not in danger in any way and it's not in a negative context

spoilers! in episode 8, "the sun, the sea, and the host club," there are a couple boys that come upon female guests of the host club on a cliff. one of the boys throws a can of what can be assumed a sort of alcohol behind him, as they seem drunk. also! there is a side character in episode 3, "beware the physical exam," that seems to be an alcoholic (there are bottles shown while he looks to be drunk). he also mentions that his family feels he doesn't know how to manage his money, and agrees with them. in episode 10, "a day in the life of the fujioka family," haruhi's father recalls upon a day when, due to a family miscommunication, he becomes upset and gets drunk. he is brought home by a coworker to his young daughter.

Honey-senpai’s selling point is that he’s “the boy Lolita,” so he is designed to appeal to fans of shotacon (he looks young, but he’s actually 17)

Haruhi is "kidnapped" several times, but it's treated as humorous every time.

Though it is not destroyed, the start of episode 12 involves a scene in which a main character's stuffed animal is stained with tea. It is fixed and moved on from.

Yes. In the final episode there is a woman standing in the shower. You only see her upper chest up, and no genitals are to be seen.

spoilers! in episode 8, "the sun, the sea, and the host club," the majority of the boys decide that they want to play a little game and find out what haruhi is afraid of. they cut through several scenes where they attempt to scare her, including a scene where they lock haruhi and honey inside the empty back of a large truck (which does have quite a bit of room inside). honey begins to panic and cry out, allowing us to understand that he may be claustrophobic, as he cries that he "can't breathe in here!" it only lasts a few seconds.

During the thunder storm while Haruhi is hiding in the closet, lightening strikes and it flashes a white light one screen.

There’s a few jokes that break the fourth wall. For instance, one character asks if another is upset because he hasn’t gotten many lines, and one character will make references to the “previous episode”. All comedic and lighthearted.

Haruhi's father/mother (genderfluid) is often used as a "man in a dress" joke and is often used as a transphobic joke against him, along with multiple slurs (ex., Tr/nny) because of him wearing a dress when he's on screen

In S1 E9 for a brief moment with the Zaku club at 11:21 on Netflix, they say “Heil Zuka Club” while doing the nazi salute in police or officer styled uniforms. Soon after, there is a scene of an altered Nazi flag that apparently has the Kanji for Maiden, however is very heavily styled as a Nazi Flag. No direct hate speech is said towards a Jewish person or presumed Jewish person, however there is this moment.

Haruhi is mistaken for a boy at the school due to her appearance and is referred to as he/him for a large percentage of the show. Not technically misgendering but could be considered triggering. However haruhi's mother is referred to via transphobic slurs and while it is not explicitly stated that they identify as a woman it is heavily implied, yet they continue to be referred to with he/him pronouns. There is also an episode that touches on their preference for female clothes that could be triggering

There are no necessarily homophobic slurs, but characters casually use transphobic slurs multiple times.

Haruhi’s parent has been referred to with transphobic slurs a few times when they have been brought up. In S1E9 there are also some moments where the women in the Zuka club are disliked for being attracted to women(or liking women/multiple women at the same time). The president of the Host club said “Where is the fruitfulness in a girl being in love with another girl?! Why else would God have created Adam and Eve?!”. I don’t believe many or any slurs were used towards these women, however there is definitely not a lot or as much queer acceptance here, at least not towards wlw and trans people.
