No but it hangs as a looming threat and source of stress. Vinny is trying to get a pool shark to pay up and talks big game about beating him up. (Played for laughs because he obviously doesn't stand a chance.) Eventually near the end, he gets annoyed enough by other events to tackle the guy almost as an afterthought. The scene cuts away immediately, but Vinny is implied to have won.

in the beginning of the movie, the clerk is shot(we don't see it) but we do see his dead body on the ground. the second time you never see it or even meet the character, but there are protesters outside the prison trying to stop them from using the electric chair on a guy named Norton. in a later shot in the prison, the lights flicker and a character says something like "looks like that guy Nortons gone"
