Eric has unstaged interactions with members of the public and celebrity guests which could be perceived as sexual assault, although his intention is not sexual gratification. He asks guests inappropriate questions and sometimes tries to touch or kiss members of the public while in character.

The intro of season 1 has a scene of Eric messing with his teeth. It looks fake but can still be triggering for some people

No, but there’s a short sequence in one episode where Eric is in a straitjacket being restrained by actors as if he were in a mental institution.

No, but a hospital-themed prank: Eric and Hannibal stand in the street wearing hospital gowns and ‘fencing’ with drips.

No, but there are verbal and visual references to suicide. Characters hold guns to their heads frequently. A character asks ‘can someone help me kill myself?’

Eric is shown cutting himself and bleeding (probably special effects) multiple times. A running gag in the show is that during the opening sequence he runs around destroying the set, during which he slams himself into walls and is clearly hurt. These set destruction sequences are real and Eric did sustain injuries during production.

In some of the season finale episodes there are trippy flashing sequences of different images or recordings from the rest of the season (season 3 finale in particular)

The sound of a baby crying is briefly heard in some scenes, including the "Team Go" skit and a scene where Hannibal pretends to give birth to a pair of tiny jeans.

Frequent scenes of characters shooting each other or firing guns in the air. The show is surreal and characters who have been shot often reappear unharmed.
