Somebody clicked no to this one but it's a major plot point for one of the characters, with a scene entirely dedicated to finding out just as it's happening and yelling and storming off. I don't see how it can be spun as a no.

I don’t know if this counts but it doesn’t really fit anywhere else either. The queens are constantly either jokingly or viciously making remarks about the weight of their competing sisters.
In episode 4, a character asks another how she looks and the latter replies with something like “you look like you are starving” and the one asking takes this as the highest compliment.
