Unless you count sapient dogs fighting in mechas with human like motivations for battling as dog fighting, than no.

Somewhat, I guess you could argue, its pretty tame I feel though.
The leading Heroine is biologically 14 years and there's strong hints of an attraction between her and the biologically 17 year old protagonist.
There's one cutscene where she is seen coming out of a shower with a towel covering herself completely. Also there's a part where she wears a midriff bearing cheerleader outfit making the male hero flustered.

At worst, a pushover character trash talks another character by threatening to throw him into a stew he's making.

Airships will explode on-screen, though its pilots are seemingly unharmed as they're still on-screen and saying that they'll be back. There is a quite catastrophic plane crash, though it doesn't actually happen on-screen.

Spoiler: Not quite possession, but characters show up later on who can be given commands. Said characters are physically incapable of defying commands, and at one point a character is commanded to do something they strongly regret later on.

In Pharaoh there is a big, animatronic clown bear playing the drums. You don't interact with any clowns, though.

Not explained in detail, but this is where Elh is 'revealed' to be a woman. The scene can be considered transphobic and in my experience is hard to sit through.

One of the characters, Elh is unintentionally misgendered with he/him pronouns up until a certain scene involving a shower. (Warning, the scene itself is kinda transphobic because Red gets upset Elh 'tricked' Red.)

One of the NPCs in the game, Alman, is an "okama" stereotype, this essentially means they're a combination of various gay and transgender stereotypes rolled up into one caricature.
Alman is an adult character with a stereotypical "okama" design and behavior including alot of make up, effeminate demeanor and unclear gender identity, though others refer to them as male, at least in the english version.
In the story, Alman owns a warehouse and is a courier with their own business.
Whilst Alman isn't a villain, they flirt a bit and use some innuendo with the 16 year old protagonist, Red and Red is visibly unnerved by this. He even admits to his sister that he dreads having to take jobs for Alman.
So I can definitely see this upsetting people and I understand this.
