The last few episodes of Season One take place almost entirely in a hospital, and are very tense as a child is seriously ill (he ends up recovering). Doctors tell the parents during these scenes that he might die or have to be placed in a coma. Other shorter hospital scenes scattered throughout the show including before / after childbirth, dealing with children’s minor injuries and visiting relatives.
