Season 2, episode 3.
The 'small' spider is seen climbing into the house at 33 minutes. Around minute 35 there are spider webs all over the house. The giant spider is seen at the 36-minute mark. It makes shrieking/screeching sounds and can be heard walking over the floor and banging against a door.
They think it's gone when they're in the kitchen but it's not (jumpscare-ish). After the cleanup, it's actually gone.

There is explicit child abuse in this show. Sam and his little sister are abused verbally by their father in a flashback. Food is withheld from them and physical abuse is heavily implied.

Exactly 15 minutes into the second episode there is a scene in which a woman sexually assaults a man. She was deceiving him in order to kill him and was not actually interested in sex, but this constitutes sexual assault and the scene is pretty graphic. However, it is entirely skippable with no important story line aspects other than it furthering the fact that she is evil.

There are quite a few jump scares in Season 1, but many of them have minimal effect. EP 7 and 9 are the jumpiest
Here's a breakdown of the Jump Scare times in each episode. (Season 1 Only)
Major Scares in Cap Letters
Episode 1:
(Mild) (41:54) When Tyler turns around, Sam suddenly appears in front of him (In his vision)
(Mild) (48:16) Dodge suddenly appears out of the shadow in front of Bode
Episode 2: (Mild) (05:10) Bode hears a Toilet Flush in another room
Episode 3: (Very Mild) (23:24) A woman appears and attacks Tyler (There is some warning as she walks through before the attack)
Episode 4:
(Very Mild) (07:28) There is a sudden scene change of Nina's friend Destroying the wall (This can be quite loud in an otherwise quiet scene)
(Minor) (34:45) The lights suddenly explode in the house and a few seconds later, the silhouette of Dodge walks through the Corridor
Episode 5: (Very Mild) (44:30) Nina discovers a body with a plastic bag on it's head - more of a shock scene than a Jump Scare)
Episode 6: (Mild) (19:50) Bode turns around and Dodge is standing in front of him
Episode 7:
(Mild) (04:12) Sam breaks the Window
(Very Mild) (08:58) When Nina enters the room, Sam holds the gun at her
(Mild) (21:06) Dodge suddenly screams at Tyler
(MAJOR) (29:19) SAM SEES A HAND AND THEN A HEAD POPPING OUT OF THE GROUND WHICH IS THEN REVEALED TO BE THE DEMON OF KINSEY - SUDDENLY THE DEMON JUMPS UP AND ATTACKS SAM
Episode 9:
(Very Mild) (10:22) Ellie suddenly shoots Lucas
(MAJOR) (18:29) WHEN EDEN OPENS THE CURTAINS, A DEMONIC CREATURE FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WINDOW POPS UP AND GROWLS AT HER. THIS SCARE IS VERY UNEXPECTED
(Mild) (22:00) A Creature appears behind Eden
Episode 10:
(Mild) (06:25) A hand grabs Kinsey's foot whilst walking down the stairs
(Mild) (06:48) (Kinsey suddenly gets dragged away by an unseen force

Part of the plot involves possession by “demons”. They do not act in a stereotypically frightening manner when possessed (Exorcist, Emily Rose, etc.) but the mind of the original host does not appear to survive.

It is not due to mental illness or anything like that, he does it to protect some knowledge he has. Suicide is mentioned as a ruling on an investigation but is actually a murder.

(SPOILERS) A prominent character is revealed to change gender presentations and the plot is slightly messy in regards to this. They are not transgender, the scenario is plot relevant and supernatural in origin. However, the conflict in dialogue surrounding the use of multiple pronouns gets slightly messy and there is one off-handed comment of "he, she, nonbinary, whatever" though to me (a nonbinary person) this was all mainly a byproduct of a plot device, not an intent to trivialize transgender or nonbinary people.

Depends on definition. A parked car with no one inside is lifted a few meters into the air and crashes back down. It's not badly damaged, though; it's still driveable.
