Depends on definition. Someone gets extremely drunk (and disorderly) on a night out, makes a fool of herself and projectile vomits, the vomit clearly consisting almost entirely of alcohol. Other scenes hint that she may have a general alcohol problem (regular binge drinking, maybe).
