After the fact, there is a VERY graphic exchange (VERY, VERY GRAPHIC) between two men referencing past abuse of a group of boys, which was carried out by the two discussing it. The wording itself is not what's graphic, exactly, but there is way more than enough implied (about the rape of these "15 year old" boys). It's also mentioned that several of them committed suicide after the event.
This sounds absolutely horrible, but the scene was played for a laugh. The humor is INCREDIBLY dark, and most people will most likely NOT find it funny. I only laughed because it caught me so off guard and the delivery between the two comedians was good, as they have excellent scene chemistry and I felt like the whole thing was improv. It's "shock humor" like Family Guy-esque, but it could very, very easily trigger someone.
I don't have a timestamp, but it's while they're in line at a funeral to get a beard for Aladeen and they're discussing his attraction to the main woman, even though he thinks she looks like a 15 year old boy. The other man responds that this is something he has been attracted to in the past, and their discussion begins there.
Also, this is very tame in comparison, but a rude young boy at the shop Aladeen works at is kicked by him and the boy falls into a stack of boxes.

Unless you count the fact that in the after credits a man's decapitated head is used to perform oral unknowingly on another man.
And there is mention of several 15 year old boys being assaulted

There is no actual torture. Showing torture instruments is not torture by itself.

Two men go back and forth trying to scare each other with a severed head, and it could potentially catch the audience off guard as well. As with everything else mentioned here, this is played for laughs, however the humor is very dark

There is a graphic birth scene (very funny) that results in the main character asking for the trash can because he looks down and sees that the baby is a girl. Nothing happens to the baby.
Also at the end the main woman is pregnant and her husband asks "are you going to have a boy or an abortion?" But then it cuts to credits.
Misogyny in films really pisses me off, but this whole movie - like a lot of Sacha Baron Cohen's other films - uses misogyny in jokes in a way that I feel is brave and blunt enough to *call out* real world misogyny we might otherwise ignore (if that makes sense). That's definitely how I feel about the jokes in this film especially.

Sacha Baron Cohen - who is himself a proud Jewish man - plays a lot of antisemitic characters to call attention to real world antisemitism. This film is no different. It might offend some, but keep in mind the meaning behind the jokes and the fact that Cohen is Jewish

A running joke is that the main woman is mistaken for a boy constantly by the main character because she has short hair, small breasts & a very outspoken liberal/feminist attitude.

A big theme of this movie is political oppression and dictatorship, so there are slurs and very non-PC jokes. The word "ch*nk" is used in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it scene (I only caught it on the subtitles because two characters were talking over each other). This was used during a scene making fun of Asian people flying planes and the main character pulled his eyes back briefly
