There is a scene in which a character is in a carriage with another character who declares his love for her, which she rebuffs. He’s somewhat persistent and annoyed, but at no point does the character seem in danger. Might be triggering to some people, however.

It is mentioned that a character's aunt (who is never present in the movie) had a seizure, but it's never shown on-screen.

It's mentioned that Emma lost her mother when she was very young, but the mother isn't shown and this isn't a focus of the film at all.

The characters refer to an attack by "g*psies" which is considered a slur nowadays, although in context it isn't used like a slur.

At least in the source material there is a large age gap between Mr. Knightly and Emma. In this movie, Mr. Knightly age is not specified but alluded to by comments like "you have always lived alone". Emma's age in the film is only 20. The actors however appear on screen close in age. I did not find it personally troublesome but worth mentioning.

There is some slight nudity but no sexual content. Just people getting changed etc.
