The main character goes to the airport to fly to collect her new daughter from Ukraine. She realises they are taking DMA samples and leaves.
During the taxi ride she becomes hot and tells the driver "I need to T*** U*. He pulls over for her to V* at the side of the road. Audio and visual. Mute and close your eyes for about 20/30 seconds from when she asks him to stop.
Not too visceral, but I found the Audio unpleasant.
The international tourist appears on his bike and asks if she wants a napkin, after that is safe.
