Kid Sheleen is an alcoholic and his ability to be a sharpshooter hinges on him having exactly the right amount to drink. No alcohol makes him shaky, exact amount and he is clever and articulate and on target, one sip too much makes him lean over and obviously drunk, but it's done in a comedic manner. He is often asking others for a drink.
