I know people think what the deadites do is an example of gaslighting, but if you do the research (please) - it's not gaslighting. It's simple manipulation & tricks. Gaslighting in relationships (for example) will result in making the other person question their reality. Feel there could be something wrong with them. (Like making someone think they are crazy). This is the point of it. There are other types of it, medical, professional, etc. I've been gaslighted, multiple times. it's very frustrating to see this tagged on the movies and shows. It's a very serious thing. 🙁

During a scene in season 1 I believe, a child is accidentally caught sitting on the toilet and is later killed by thrown in a ceiling fan. If you mean like child being beaten like domestic abuse or sum then nah

i would say yes although its not exactly outright- just little comments and such to point out ash's weight as if its a joke. he struggles as he puts on a girdle in the beginning, but what most stuck out was when ash eventually tries to charm a lady and lists his flaws to appeal to her, sayin "im 10lbs overweight" to whcih she interjects "just 10?" and he says "okay 30, but thats not the point". etc (this is in episode 1)

Well, not exactly. There's a bajillion deaths in this show, and I'm pretty sure the first few were white people. But the first death of an actual recurring character was Black. The rest of the deaths are usually basically just redshirts

kelly, one of the 3 main characters, is jewish. there is a slight joke at the beggining of season 1, when ash puts crosses on the graves of kelly’s dead parents, because he didn’t know they were jewish. but it’s nothing major

This show is extremely gory. The opening title features a splatter of blood covering the screen, usually caused by a character's action. People are dismembered, shredded, impaled, burned, and exploded, amongst other things. Gallons of blood as well as organs and bone being shown frequently.
