There are multiple shots of people drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes but it's never really implied that the characters struggle with an addiction with either.
there is repeated mention of animal blood (implied sacrificing), as well as a close-up scene of a horribly brutilised dog (we do not see the death occur but the remains are shown and are extremely graphic).
Insects feature many times including in the first scene when a man climbs down into a cave to save his friend (they are crawling on the floor) and later a deceased dog is seen being eaten by insects.
A character shaves the face and cuts the hair of a man who is comatose. This happens when the main character visits the hospital and enters the comatose man's room to see a girl there. This is a long scene and is shot very close-up.
Four characters hang themselves. This is very graphic and it happens just as the main character is exploring a manhole beneath the bridge. Their dead bodies are used as a jump scare.
A child is shown dying in a car crash through flashbacks. It is not very graphic but might be upsetting to anyone who has lost a loved one in this way.
One of the main character's father died off-screen. This is referenced multiple times through flashbacks, including multiple funeral scenes. Probably best not to watch if this would upset you.
If you closed your eyes during a lot of the graphic scenes, you would still hear what is happening. Especially the scene where the girl stabs herself in the sauna.
A character admits to having tried to commit suicide and self-harming. While on the bridge with her friends, she pulls up her sleeve to show self-harm scars.
At the very beginning, a character falls into a small cave. The characters aren't bothered by this but it might be uncomfortable to anyone who is claustrophobic.
A character stabs herself repeatedly in the face while being haunted by some kind of entity (she dies from this). Four characters are also found hanging from a bridge which is not suitable for anyone who is sensitive to these kind of visuals.
In the final scene of the film, there are very intense flashing lights. Please don't watch if you have epilepsy or another condition which makes you sensitive to flashing lights.
