There's barely any gore in this movie at all but there is a scene where a man coughs up a large amount of blood. There's also a scene where two people get run over by the mecha shark and are completely squashed but it doesn't show any of it and all you see is a tiny blood squirt. One other scene as a man floating in the ocean looking bloodied up but it's not graphic as far as I can remember.
