964 Pinocchio

Report
Pinocchio 964 is a memory-wiped sex slave who is thrown out by his owners for failure to maintain an erection. It is unclear in what ways he has been modified beyond having no memory and being unable to communicate. He is discovered by Himiko while wandering aimlessly through the city. Himiko has also been memory-wiped, possibly by the same company that produced Pinocchio, but she is fully functional. Himiko spends her days drawing maps of the city, to aid other memory-wiped people. Himiko takes Pinocchio home and tries to teach him to speak. After much effort he has a breakthrough and finally becomes aware of his situation. At this point his body erupts in an inexplicable metamorphosis and it becomes clear that his modifications were much more involved and esoteric than simple memory loss. Himiko also begins to transform, though in a much more subtle manner.

A man loses his mind and in a fit of mania grabs a child running off with her screaming that he has a daughter, now. Later she is missing and it is implied that he killed her. The girl never shows any distress and you do not see her being harmed.

Possibly. The homeless woman takes care of him at first.

But then after he throwns a container of noodles, she starts abusing at sorts (example: she leaps onto him whos wearing a gas mask and claws his face before taking the gas mask off of him)

Not in the movie, but whoever person was asked to write this movie, must have used drugs to write out the scenes that she/he hallucinates in his/her mind.

Not on screen. The plot of the movie is about an escaped sex slave whose mind has been wiped. He is found by another person in the same situation. The people who did this to them to sell them as sex slaves are hunting one of them down. They are not assaulted on screen, but sexual assault is a huge component of the plot.

Towards the end, someone's heart is ripped out, but in a non-gory way, if that makes sense. Also, people's bodies start to mutate in a way that seems painful, but it isn't bloody.

While there is not a classic torture session, basically the *entire* movie is people running around screaming in pain because of some sort of technique that has been used to wipe their minds, but also impacts their bodies.

While no one deals with actual suffocation, a great deal of the sound effects in this movie (when people aren't screaming) is heavy and labored breathing.

Several people are called idiots in reference to their actual mental capacity, and also just as a general insult.

So I believe there is actually more than one instance of vomiting in this movie (depending on what you count as vomit, as much of it is more like blood/pus/general body horror fluids), but people usually only remember this one scene that is infamous for being extremely long and gross as the character plays in and eats her own puke, as everything else kinda is forgettable compared to that lol. In the copy of the movie I watched (which is the one currently on YouTube) this scene starts around 38 minutes into the movie, it’s when Himiko (the main girl) is freaking out in the subway station. If you want to skip all gagging and vomiting here, you can watch through the scene where she’s screaming in the main lobby area with tons of people around, but pause as as soon as she goes down into the tunnel where she’s windmilling her arms around a ton while walking (this scene starts at 37:00 in my copy, first actual vomit is at 38:30 with a lot of gagging leading up to it) and skip ahead 5-6 minutes to get to the next scene (42:00 in my copy, but maybe go a few sec farther to be safe). FWIW I think the next scene might technically have a different character puking too but it’s hard to tell bc it’s really dark and also it’s a character undergoing some crazy body horror metamorphosis that has all kinds of fluids coming out everywhere so tbh my brain didn’t even really register it as vomit. Also Himiko is eating something in the next scene that I guess could be intended to be her vomit but it’s very clearly just rice and it’s in a different location from where she threw up so I never saw it that way until just now when I was checking for the timestamps.

As a sidenote I actually used this movie and the subway scene specifically for exposure therapy years ago, by first reading descriptions of it, then looking at still frames, then watching on mute, then finally watching the whole thing with audio, and it actually helped me a ton, so I have a really strange affection for that scene and love the movie as a whole! Highly recommend if you’re interested in challenging yourself, it’s a weird movie but very unique and very touching in its own way imo! :)

A man askes a woman "how much?" (presumably for sex) and she spits on him at the beginning of the movie. He spits on the ground in reply.

Moments toward the beginning where we hear sounds of electricity and see the main character in pain, but it's never articulated exactly what's happening.

Not sure which scene, but as it says in the plot.

The sex slave gets kicked out for not having a erection.

The whole movie is about robots built to be sex slaves / who are sold into sex slavery. Sex slave robots are pretty sexually objectified in of themselves.
