In the opening of the film, Sadie (Lucy Liu) kills a man and frees the girl she trapped for him. After freeing this girl it cuts abruptly to her puking, no visuals just sounds. It's over after a few seconds. Later in the film after Sadie eats a man's arm in the shelter she runs outside and pukes up blood. Visuals and sounds this time, it only lasts a few seconds. Then later, the same puke from the beginning is shown again as the scene is recreated so it's in the same part as the first time we see the footage.

Kind of insinuated? There's the trope that a lot of vampire media has where "all vampires are bisexual." So there's a lot of same sex feedings that are inherently sexual. At one point we see Rourke feeding on a young man who is in his underwear, one can assume that he probably went home with Rourke for sex and is most likely queer. So no prominent characters but side characters you can assume are queer in some way.
