Absolutely no vomit. Just watched this movie with my emetophobic kid, and even with the other comments above (thank you for clarifying!), she was still really nervous. Party scene: A guy is found in the bathroom basically passed out with face in the toilet, but you don’t see anything. And then the next scene in the car, the guy burps a few times and acts queasy but never gag or vomits. If even that will upset you, just skip those two scenes - you won’t miss much.

I don’t understand why someone said yes to this. The main character gets accidentally punched and has a bloody nose - so I guess that’s why? It is super mild, but I suppose if blood of any kind is a trigger, it would be upsetting. It happens toward the end when Diane goes to see Lloyd at the gym and he is kickboxing.
