There is a disturbing scene where a pig comes close to death but is not actually killed.

Sort of. A pig is forced to stop breathing (mental control, no physical harm is done to it) and passes out after few seconds. A moment later is awaken and unharmed.

Multiple characters are involuntarily exposed to mind-altering drugs (no needles, only vapor)

No, but one character drinks a good amount in one scene, clearly because she is upset, and she might have gotten drunk if she hadn't been interrupted

Vaguely? It’s not graphic and doesn’t happen on scene, but half of a characters face is disfigured including their eye

In a glimpse, you see someone prick a needle in their fingertip for blood.

The (apparent) death of one school-age child is more-or-less shown (not graphic, a building explodes), and the past deaths of many girls are discussed.

Not strictly a hospital scene. But there are scenes set around a surgical type situation.

No miscarriages or abortions but the widows are forced to have hysterectomies and therefore cant have children. May still be triggering to those who cant have children/lost a child etc.

Not really, though the "parents" of the movie briefly imply sexual desire after reuniting, grossing out the sisters.

Some of the language and behaviour (mainly from Dreykov) is misogynistic

The first Widow to die on-screen (by forced suicide) is a woman of colour. There is also a brief shot in the opening credits sequence implying a black girl dies in a surgical procedure.

during one scene a character’s fatness is the subject of a couple jokes, but it’s not focused on or joked about for most of the movie.

At about an hour when the family is eating at the table, there is a joke about Santa not being real.

The movie itself does not have a sad ending. The post-credits scene is at a grave (revealing/reminding that a character is dead) and is very sad. It is not a lingering maudlin scene however, as drama soon follows

Not in the traditional sense, but Drakov has his daughter mind controlled to do his bidding by fighting and killing others. So there is a familial power imbalance there.

There is a massive scale avalanche that buries a large building with many people in it, which could be similar if you’re triggered by mass death

It's still PG-13, but it's noticably more bloody than most Marvel movies, which the director has discussed as intentional.
