A couple of dogs are filmed fighting in the opening sequence - it's unclear whether the dogs were put together by the crew and encouraged to fight, or if the filming crew happened to see a pair of dogs about to fight and thought it'd make a good shot. Neither dog seems injured by the little scrap, but having dogs actually fighting in the movie makes it a yes to me.
