There is a scene where a main character asks her maid to pose in a reenactment of her appointment with a midwife, there is nothing sexual about the scene but the pose is slightly inappropriate, as the character posing as the midwife would be able to see up the maid's skirt, but this is not portrayed in any sexual light. This request is not protested in any way, however, the power imbalance may bother some viewers.

There is a brief scene where the maid's dangling feet can be seen and though it was not the direction of the film, this could be misconstrued as the feet of someone who has been hung. This is not the case in any way and she is completely fine and was just hanging onto a rafter by her hands and there was no intent by filmmakers to portray this as a scary thing. However, due to the nature of triggers this could still be upsetting.

No, but after they use drugs, the blond protagonist's eyes look creepy. I guess they wanted to show how your pupils can dilate when using such substances, and the actress is wearing contact lenses or something. But as someone who is sensitive to eye stuff, it looked creepy to me, how her whole eye looked black

There is a character who is moved from one location to her home against her wishes for an arranged marriage prior to the events of the film. This truly depends on your definition of kidnapping, hence why many people answered no, but if you interpret it as a character moved to a new location and held without their consent then yes.

The family may consider Héloïse's and Marianne's relationship cheating, as Héloïse is about to be married to someone else. But since it is a forced marriage, cheating really isn't the problem here, and the film doesn't frame it that way.

SPOILER
One woman is engaged to a guy to marry, whom she had never met before. It's arrenged by the mother. Then (before ever meeting the guy) she falls in love and has sex with the other protagonist. Technically it could fit this category, but I don't think this even counts as cheating. And besides the period thypical heteronormative expectations, gender isn't really an issue in it either (like, there is no freaking out about them not being straight, and such).

There is an infant shown during a scene where a miscarriage is being induced. The infant is not under the care of the person having a miscarriage but they do interact and touch. The film intended for the scene to be upsetting and thought-provoking but it may be especially triggering for some people.
