There's also an opening scene where a guy doesn't let his girlfriend choose what she wants to eat. He gets told off by the main characters, but it could easily be triggering as it reminds of over-control.

season 2, at some point there is blood on the walls, and not much later a character loses blood really graphically, although the way it happens would never happen in reality ; it's really troubling nonetheless. in season 5 a guy walks bare foot on a nail sticking out of the groud and loses a lot of blood really fast, twice, in the same over-the-top way as in the other scene mentioned, but this one lasts a lot longer.
